OHA Mentor Program Kicks Off

Mentoring is a hugely rewarding experience and the OHA are now offering a structured approach to this. The OHA will launch the new Mentor Program on Tuesday, 5 April, at Haileybury City Campus under the leadership of Millie Hogben (OH 2013), an OHA Councillor and alumnae.

Registrations for the program are now open and alumni are encouraged to take part. Members of the Haileybury parent community are also welcome to express interest in becoming a mentor and are asked to email stayconnected@haileybury.vic.edu.au for more information.

Mentoring is about more than careers and our program will focus on Self, Family and Business. Regardless of where you are in your career—a recent graduate, a new manager, or a seasoned professional—everyone can gain valuable insights from their fellow alumni.

This program aims to empower mentees to be confident leaders and to realise their potential. By facilitating mentor relationships, providing opportunities for self-reflection and teaching practical skills, the program will help participants find their voice, learn to wield influence and articulate and pursue leadership goals.
