French Adventure

Students have recently returned from a cultural tour of France.

Over the term 3 break a number of students had the opportunity to travel to Europe to take part in the 2015 French Tour.

Spending nine days in Paris, students visited the most famous historical sites and museums and were able to attend four, three-hour sessions of French classes conducted by a Parisian School of Languages, 'Paris Langues.'

Partaking on a 5-day bus tour, they visited the battlefields of WW1 and WW2, with students having the ability to see the Australian Military Cemetery and the Australian Memorial, laying flowers for those Australian soldiers who lost their lives in Villers Bretonneux.

Both students and teachers who attended described the trip as 'exciting and memorable.'
