Application process

The following steps outline the process for applying for a Haileybury Foundation scholarship.

  1. Initial application
Families commence the process by completing a short online application form. This form gathers information about the student’s background, interests, and eligibility for a Haileybury Foundation scholarship.
  2. Supporting documentation
Applicants are required to submit financial information and relevant academic reports. These documents assist in assessing the family’s financial circumstances and the student’s suitability for the scholarship.
  3. Assessment of applications
Each application is thoroughly reviewed to understand the applicant’s circumstances, achievements and potential to benefit from and contribute to the Haileybury community.
  4. Interview stage
Shortlisted students and their families are invited to meet with Haileybury staff. During this meeting, the student’s aspirations, interests, and personal attributes are discussed in more detail to further identify suitability.
  5. Notification of outcome
Successful applicants are notified in writing. Scholarships typically cover between 50 to 100% of school fees, depending on independent circumstances.
