Rebecca Arceri
Chief Operating Officer MBA (Southern Cross)
Ms Arceri joined the Haileybury Senior Executive team as its first Chief Operating Officer in 2017, and is responsible for leading Haileybury’s Corporate Services divisions across Australia. The operational areas within Ms Arceri’s remit include supporting the CEO | Principal with strategic planning and implementation and direct responsibility for Administration, Business Improvement and Planning, Community Engagement and Advancement, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Property and Facility Management and Risk and Compliance.
Before joining Haileybury she had an extensive career in the health sector, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of four campuses of Epworth HealthCare.
Ms Arceri is passionate about making a difference at Haileybury and continues to drive the strategic vision of the School. With hard work and dedication she extends her skills and knowledge through both formal (MBA and GAICD) and informal education.
