From reunions to wellbeing – the OHA is here for you
The OHA has enjoyed a vibrant first half of the year, bringing alumni together through memorable reunions, meaningful wellbeing conversations, and opportunities for professional connection.
We were delighted to celebrate the Ten-Year Reunion for the Class of 2016 and the 60-Year Reunion for the Class of 1966. Filled with warmth, camaraderie and shared memories, both events highlighted the enduring strength of the Haileybury community.

One member of the Class of 1966 described the gathering as “the best School reunion they have ever attended” and even suggested planning should begin now for a Sixty-Five Years On celebration in 2031. We thank our alumni for staying connected with the OHA and, most importantly, with one another.
Our focus on wellbeing also continued with OHA Wellbeing: From Awareness to Action – Cultivating Compassion for Mental Health, held at Haileybury Keysborough. More than 30 guests joined Old Haileyburian and Organisational Psychologist Hayden Fricke (OH 1984), who shared insights from his deeply personal book, Compassion: A Journey Through Love, Loss and Understanding of Mental Illness.
Drawing on both lived experience and more than four decades of professional practice, Hayden challenged attendees to move beyond curated “Instagram selves” and engage in authentic conversations that truly matter.
We also welcomed wellbeing and performance specialist Rohan Parrant (OH 2005) as the guest speaker at our first Boutique Industry Luncheon of the year. In his presentation, Mental Fitness: From Awareness to Action, Rohan shared lessons from his personal journey and professional experience across schools, workplaces and community settings. His message centred on navigating pressure, building resilience and developing habits that support long-term wellbeing and performance.
Whether reconnecting with old friends, expanding professional networks or accessing wellbeing support, the OHA is here for every stage of the alumni journey.
We warmly encourage all Old Haileyburians to stay connected. Please reach out to the OHA office at stayconnected@haileybury.com.au or contact me on 03 9904 6615.
Once a Haileyburian, always a Haileyburian.
