General: Mr Terry is an experienced board-level leader who focused on opportunities for innovation in education, healthcare and financial services.

Academic: Following Haileybury, Mr Terry studied combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce Degrees at The University of Melbourne, graduating with Honours in each.

Career and professional activities: Mr Terry is CEO of HICAPS, Australia’s leading healthcare and disability claiming solution. Mr Terry has extensive management experience in leading innovation in financial services, education, consumer goods, telecommunications and media. Mr Terry began his career in the law.

Board experience: Mr Terry is a former Deputy Chair of Bank First and a Board member of the Melbourne Chamber Orchestra. Mr Terry is the Chairman of Change Agents Worldwide, a future of work consulting practice. Mr Terry has experience as an advisory Board member to start-ups and small and medium businesses in healthcare, technology, training and development, and media.

Connection to Haileybury: Mr Terry is an alumnus of the School and was a Prefect, Captain of Water Polo and Vice-Captain of Swimming.
