Ranked No.1 Again!
Congratulations to Haileybury students, staff and parents for being ranked the number one school for girls and boys in Victoria based on 2015 national testing results published in The Australian newspaper on Saturday.
The Australian publishes an annual ranking of schools and Haileybury was ranked the number one co-education primary school and the number two secondary school for girls and boys in Victoria.
In the national rankings, Haileybury was the third of all co-education primary schools and second of all open-entry secondary schools for girls and boys in Australia.
There are just under 10,000 schools in Australia and Haileybury was ranked ninth of every primary school and tenth of every open-entry secondary school in the country.
Given that Haileybury is the largest school in Australia, this is a remarkable testament to the exceptional quality of teaching, the consistency of the academic program across all campuses and the wonderful parental support for students and the School program.
Haileybury education is, of course about delivering a broad set of outcomes for all students. These outcomes are underpinned by an outstanding academic program and supported by a deep focus on social justice and developing an international outlook.
Congratulations to the whole Haileybury community.
