Scholarship Opportunities for 2023

In 2022, thanks to the generosity of community members, Haileybury Foundation ensured that 22 students began, or could continue, their journey at the School with a Haileybury Foundation Scholarship.

In 2023, this number will rise to more than 30 students, with commitment already received from alumni, parent community groups, class groups and staff.

Scholarship opportunities in 2023 will not be limited to our Melbourne campuses either, with one prominent alumni member offering to fund two scholarships at Haileybury Rendall School for Indigenous students from Year 7.

One group of alumni seeking to change a student’s life forever is from the 1958 and 1959 peer year. Led by alumni members, Robin Fildes (OH 1958) and Don McQueen (OH 1959), this group has already raised over $40,000 for a scholarship to commence in 2023. The group has specifically requested to fund a student starting at Haileybury in Year 10, who would not ordinarily be able to attend our school due to financial reasons.

Haileybury Foundation Scholarship applications are now open with a closing date of Friday, 29 April. Scholarships are available for students who would not otherwise be able to attend Haileybury. Applications require the following documentation:

  • Previous NAPLAN results
  • Last two years’ school reports
  • Both parents’ most recent tax returns.

Applications for Haileybury Foundation Scholarships can be found here.
