2026 is off to a fantastic start for the Old Haileyburians Association as we continue our commitment to serving our alumni and the broader Haileybury community. From milestone reunions to sporting traditions and multi-generational celebrations, the year has already been filled with memorable moments.
Recognising outstanding VCE achievement
We proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of our top VCE students from the Class of 2025 at the Honours Assembly. The celebrations continued with a special morning tea in the Chapel, where graduates and their families gathered to recognise this significant milestone.
Celebrating 40 and 45 Years of friendship
The Classes of 1981 and 1986 recently celebrated their 45-year and 40-year reunions. Both evenings were filled with laughter, nostalgia and heartfelt connections as classmates reminisced about their school days and caught up on life’s latest adventures.
Here’s to many more years of friendship and shared memories!
An afternoon of cricket and camaraderie
The annual Former Cricketers Afternoon was once again a highlight, as past players returned to Rendall Oval to watch Haileybury’s First XI take on Geelong Grammar.
Guests inspected the pitch, shared stories from their playing days and enjoyed a special moment during the tea break chatting with captain Siddhant and century-maker Brendan.
We also celebrated the 20th and 60th anniversaries of past cricket premierships, presenting those teams with a nostalgic photo to mark the occasion.
Haileybury secured the win, rounding out a wonderful afternoon of sporting tradition, camaraderie, and pride.
Celebrating generations of Haileyburians

We were delighted to host the first OHA Generations Breakfast of the year at the Berwick campus. It was wonderful to see grandparents, parents, students and staff come together to celebrate their shared Haileybury connection, including one family representing three generations of Haileyburians.
Families enjoyed a delicious breakfast, family caricatures, beautiful music from Haileybury’s talented String Quartet and inspiring reflections from Mr John Twist, Haileybury Berwick’s first Head of Campus.
We look forward to welcoming the community to our next OHA Generations Breakfast at the Brighton campus on Thursday, 21 May.
Once a Haileyburian, always a Haileyburian.
